In Regards to the Health info needed for all students for the 2020/21 school year:

If you already have a MHSAA form in file from last year you will only need the Health Questionnaire filled out, if you don’t have a MHSAA form on file you’ll need that turned into the office before they can participate in any Sports. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

  1. Final Forms for parents and athletes, Insurance Fee, and Facility Fee – turn into main office-$130, Family Max-$600 but does not include insurance.

  1. These forms need to be turned in before the first practice, fee paid before 1st meet

    2. Spikes are optional-check with event coach before purchasing

  • Due Friday

  • Uniform

We will provide shorts and a jersey. Want to make our lives easier? Buy compression shorts or running shorts. They should be similar in color to what is in the apparel sale. I believe it is Navy Blue. May want an undershirt. Navy or White

Philosophy:

Provide an environment where student athletes can compete against themselves and others to be the best version of themselves
